General terms and conditions

1. General provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the contractual relationships between Syndicat Intercommunal C.N.I. Syrdall Schwemm and its customers. With every order placed by the customer on the website www.syrdall-schwemm.lu, these General Terms and Conditions are accepted unconditionally and without objection.
The customer acknowledges that by confirming his purchase, he accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Business in their entirety and that they preside over any own terms and conditions of sale or purchase in the event of a legal dispute.
These General Terms and Conditions may be amended in whole or in part by Syndicat Intercommunal C. N. I. Syrdall Schwemm deposit. The customer shall be notified of any changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Business by means of a publication on the website www.syrdall-schwemm.lu. The changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Business come into force at the specified time. It is the customer's responsibility to inform himself regularly about the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and payment

The prices are inclusive of the valid statutory value added tax.
Each purchase is payable exclusively in Euro. The Syndicat Intercommunal C.N.I. Syrdall Schwemm reserves the right to adjust its prices and services at any time and without prior notice.
Gift vouchers are payable in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

3. Period of validity

The purchase is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

4. Terms of delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively by email after complete payment of the services with the accepted means of payment.

5. Revocation

In accordance with the Luxembourg law on electronic commerce, the buyer has a period of 7 working days from the date of purchase to indicate that he/she no longer wishes to purchase. The revocation notice can be sent by email or by registered mail. In case of a valid revocation, the respective gift vouchers must be returned within 3 working days after sending the email or registered letter. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect delivery.

6. Data protection

Customer bank data is not stored on the website and will not be stored there. Online payments are made directly via the systems of our payment partners.

7. Applicable law

This contract is governed by Luxembourg law.

8. Personal data

The Syndicat Intercommunal C.N.I. Syrdall Schwemm undertakes not to pass on the information provided by the customer to third parties. This data is confidential and will only be used internally. Accordingly, in accordance with the data protection act, the customer has the right to access, correct and delete his or her personal data. A simple notification by email or mail with your name, first name and address is sufficient.
