Aqua-Senior is an efficient, yet gentle water exercises to improve the stamina and to increase well-being. In aqua-gym, various exercises are carried out in chest-deep water, some with aids. Muscles and joints are thereby specifically trained without straining them.

Aqua-Fit is an extensive workout in the water, where the body is effectively trained in agility, strength and endurance. Also, to cope with stress, for example after a workday, Aqua-Fit is perfect.
Aqua-Fit is in comparison to traditional water aerobics (aqua-gym) rather ambitious, athletic, and therefore requires a degree of fitness.

In contrast to normal jogging aqua jogging doesn’t strain the joints. Since in water every movement opposes 60 times more resistance than in air, all muscle groups are required. This streamlines the figure, increases stamina and improves strength, endurance and agility. Unlike sports on land all body parts are trained equally.
Aqua-jogging increases stamina, strength and endurance and makes it especially fun. Equipped with a special "Aqua-belt" you float effortlessly in the water.
